1. Services

M&A Cotswold Removals Ltd provides furniture removal and related services across the Cotswolds region. All bookings are made by phone or WhatsApp. A booking is confirmed once both parties agree on the date, scope of work, and fixed price.

2. Quotes and Payment

All quotes are fixed-price and provided verbally or via WhatsApp. The quoted price covers the agreed scope of work. Additional services requested on the day may incur an additional charge, which will be agreed before any extra work begins. Payment is due on completion of the move.

3. Insurance

We carry comprehensive goods-in-transit and public liability insurance. In the unlikely event of damage, claims should be reported within 48 hours of the move. We will assess and resolve claims fairly and promptly.

4. Cancellations

We understand that plans change. Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled move are free of charge. Cancellations within 48 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee to cover reserved crew and vehicle time.

5. Liability

We take every reasonable precaution to protect your property and belongings. However, we cannot be held liable for items that are inherently fragile and not declared, or for damage resulting from circumstances beyond our control (e.g., pre-existing structural issues with properties).
